What are Check-In / Check-Out time?
Check-In is 3:00 PM. Check-Out is 10:00 AM.
Is there a Cancellation Fee?
Cancellation fee is as follows:
- Previous-day cancellation：20% of the total accommodation fee
- Same-day cancellation：80% of the total accommodation fee
- Cancellation without notice：100% of the total accommodation fee
Please note that policies may differ when you reserve through travel agencies, or in case of a special offer plans.
Can we request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations?
We are sorry, we don’t keep a waiting list.
Do you have special price for children?
No, we don’t have such if he/she would use one bed. But if he/she is under 10 years old and would sleep with his/her parents in a same bed, we don’t charge his/her personal charge.
Can I stay with my children?
Yes, of course. If you stay with your children under 10 years-old and would sleep with him/her in a same bed, we don’t charge his/her personal charge.
Can I leave my luggage before Check-In and/or after Check-Out?
We can keep your luggage before Check-In from the morning of your stay, and even after your Check-Out, but Check-Out day only. Please inquire at the reception.
When should I pay for the room?
On or before your check-in
Can I go out/come back the hotel 24hours?
The entrance automatic door is locked from 00:00AM, midnight to 5:00AM.
If you wish to go out during this time, please contact the reception.
Also, when you return, please press the intercom beside the automatic door.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel?
We accept luggage from within Japan, but not luggage sent from overseas.
After making your accommodation, please send your luggage to the following address. And we will keep it at the hotel until your arrival.

Full Name of Guest (accompanied by the date of your Check-In)
– Please write your full name and the date of your Check-In on your luggage
– We only accept luggages from 2 days before the Check-In date
– We do not accept cash, valuables, fragile items, and items that requires temperture control
– We do not accept COD (Pay on Delivery) packages
Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
We accept luggeges being sent to other locations within Japan.
Please inquire at the reception.
Laundry service available?
We have a paid laundry service. Please ask at the reception for details. (*Closed on Sundays and public holidays)
We also have a laundromat at 4th floor, with 2 machines. (300 JPY / wash, 100JPY / 30-minute dry)
Where can I park?
A contract parking lot is available, but cannot make a reservation.There is a case not to be available in no vacancies.Car height is within 210 cm, 950 yen/day.
Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
There is 7-Eleven on about 1minute on foot.
Do you have baby bed?
No, we don’t have baby bed. But we hope you could stay with your baby in the same bed at our hotel.
