What are Check-In / Check-Out time?
Check-In is 3:00 PM. Check-Out is 10:00 AM.
Is there a Cancellation Fee?
Cancellation fee is as follows:
- Previous-day cancellation：20% of the total accommodation fee
- Same-day cancellation：80% of the total accommodation fee
- Cancellation without notice：100% of the total accommodation fee
Please note that policies may differ when you reserve through travel agencies, or in case of a special offer plans.
Can we request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations?
We are sorry, we don’t keep a waiting list.
Do you have special price for children?
We don’t have special rate for children.
However, if you sleep with your child on the same bed, children under the age of 6 are free to stay with no additional accommodation fees.
Can I co-sleep with my children? or Do you have baby bed?
If your child is under 5 years-old, you can sleep with your child on the same bed with no additional charge.
We are afraid that we don’t provide baby bed.
Can I leave my luggage before Check-In and/or after Check-Out?
We can keep your luggage before Check-In from the morning of your stay, and for the whole day of your Check-Out date.
Please enquire at the reception.
Can I extend my Check-Out time?
You can extend your stay at the hotel with extra charge of 1,100 JPY per hour.
Extension is available up to 12:00AM latest.
If you would like to check out after 12:00AM, you will be charged for one night’s stay on the day you check out.
When should I pay for the room?
We ask for payments upfront, when you Check-In with us.
What kind of credit cards can we use at your hotel?
We accept VISA, Master, and JCB cards and so on.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel?
We accept luggage from within Japan, but not luggage sent from overseas.
After making your reservation, please send your luggage to the following address. And we will keep it at the hotel until your arrival.

Full Name of Guest (accompanied by the date of your Check-In)
– Please write your full name and the date of your Check-In on your luggage
– We only accept luggages from 2 days before the Check-In date
– We will keep your luggage until the mid-night of your check-out date
– We do not accept cash, valuables, fragile items, and items that requires temperature control
– We do not accept COD (Pay on Delivery) packages
Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
We accept luggages being sent to other locations within Japan.
Please inquire at the reception.
Can I go out/come back the hotel 24hours?
Yes, you could. But please deposit your key to the front desk when you go out.
AM1：00～AM5:00 Hotel entrance will locked every day. Use intercom and we will unlock.
Can you keep our valuables?
There is a safety box in each guest rooms. We can also hold onto your valuable items at the reception, so please ask.
Do you have laundry service?
We accept laundries at front desk*; enquire for prices.
*Not available on Sundays and National Holidays.
And we have 2 laundromats, you can use 24 hours.
Is there a gym?
We do not have a gym within our facilities. Please inquire at the reception for a list of gyms you can use near our hotel.
Is Breakfast included?
You can enjoy fluffy pancake made from Hokkaido ingredients at Tsubaki Salon Hakata.
