What time is check-in/check-out? What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-In is 3:00 PM. Check-Out is 10:00 AM.Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can I check in early?
We may accept subject to room availability.
Early check-in is available after 12:00am (noon) for a fee of 1,500 yen per hour (tax included)Early check-in may be available depending on room availability on the day. If available, it is offered from 12:00 PM onwards at 1,500 JPY per hour (incl. consumption tax).
Can I extend my Check-Out time?
You can extend your stay at the hotel with extra chage of 1,500 JPY per hour.
Extension is available up to the noon (12:00AM) at the latest.Late check-out is available for an additional fee of 1,500 JPY per hour (incl. consumption tax).
The maximum extension time is until 1:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on holidays.
For extensions beyond this, a full night's stay will be charged for the check-out date.

Please make a payment upon your arrival. Payment is required upon check-in.
What kind of credit cards can we use at your hotel?What kinds of credit cards are accepted?
We accept international credit cards such as VISA, Master, and JCB cards.We accept international credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and JCB. Some types of cashless payments are also accepted, including e-money, QR code payments, and contactless payments with credit, debit, or prepaid cards.
Do you have special price for children?
We don’t have special rate for children.
However, if you sleep with your child on the same bed, chilldren under the age of 6 are free to stay without additional accomodation fees.We do not offer a special rate for children. Children aged 6 and above will be charged the adult rate. Children under the age of 6 (preschoolers) can stay free of charge.
Do you have children's beds?
We are sorry, we don’t have beds specialized for children.Bed-sharing is allowed only for children under elementary school age (preschoolers). Baby cots are not available.
Is there a Cancellation Fee?
For 1–14 guests:
Cancellation one day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
Same-day cancellation: 80%
No-show (without prior notice): 100%
For 15 guests or more:
Cancellation 9 days before: 10%
Cancellation one day before: 50%
Same-day cancellation: 80%
No-show (without prior notice): 100%
Please note that different cancellation policies may apply depending on the booking method or selected plan.
Can we request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations?
We are sorry, we don’t keep a waiting list.Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for a cancellation waiting list.
Can I leave my luggage before Check-In and/or after Check-Out?
We can keep your luggage before Check-In from the morning of your stay, and until the mid-night of your Check-Out date. Please inquire at the reception.
Luggage can also be checked in again.Yes, we can store your luggage from the morning of your check-in date until the evening of your check-out date. Please inquire at the front desk.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel?Is it possible to send my luggage to the hotel before my stay?
Yes, we accept luggage deliveries from within Japan. After completing your reservation, please send your luggage to the address below. We will store it at the hotel until your arrival.

We are sorry, we do not have a parking.Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot at our hotel.

We do not have a laundromat at the hotel, but we can direct you to a nearby laundromat. (2 minutes walk) No laundry facilities are available on-site, but a coin laundry is located 2 minutes away on foot.
Can you keep our valuables?Can I leave my valuables at the front desk?
Please use the in-room safety deposit box to keep your valuables. In principle, the hotel does not keep valuables in safe deposit boxes. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.Please use the in-room safety box to store your valuables, as we generally do not keep them at the front desk.

We ask our guests to arrive by the midnight.
In the unlikely event that you arrive after the midnight, please contact the hotel in advance.Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after midnight (12:00 AM), please contact the hotel in advance.
Is the front door open 24 hours?Is the hotel entrance open 24 hours?
The entrance to the hotel is locked from the midnight until 6:00am the next morning. Guests returning to the hotel during these hours may enter with their room key card. Please be sure to bring your room key when you leave the hotel.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Can minor stay in the hotel?Can minors (guests under 18) stay at the hotel without an adult?
Guests under the age of 18 staying alone or with other guests under the age of 18 are required to submit a written accommodation agreement signed by a person with parental authority. Please submit the form upon check-in.
For guests from overseas, a copy of their passport must be submitted as well.Guests under 18 years old staying alone or in a group without adults are required to submit a consent form signed by their parent or guardian. Please present this document upon check-in.
※ For guests arriving from overseas, a photocopy of their passport is also required.
Is there a shuttle bus service from the airport?Is there a shuttle bus from the airport?
The hotel does not provide a shuttle bus service from the airport. Shibuya Station can be reached by limousine bus, train, or cab.There is no direct shuttle bus operated by our hotel. You can access Shibuya Station by limousine bus, train, or taxi from the airport.
Is there a smoking area?Is there a smoking area at the hotel?
The entire building is non-smoking. No smoking areas are available.Our hotel is completely non-smoking. Unfortunately, we do not have a designated smoking area.
Is the hotel entrance open 24 hours?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
