What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-In is 3:00 PM. Check-Out is 11:00 AM.
Can I check in early?
We may accept subject to room availability.
Early check-in is available after 12:00am (noon) for a fee of 1,000 -2,000 yen per hour (tax included)
Can I extend my Check-Out time?
You can extend your stay at the hotel with extra chage of 1,000 - 2,000 JPY per hour.
Extension is available up to the noon (12:00AM) at the latest.
When do I need to pay?
Please make a payment upon your arrival.
What kind of credit cards can we use at your hotel?
We accept international credit cards such as VISA, Master, and JCB cards.
Do you have special price for children?
Children of elementary school age are charged 50% of the adult rate. Children younger than school age may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult. If bedding or meals are required, additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance for details.
Do you have children's beds?
Only children under elementary school age (pre-school) may sleep with their parents.
Is there a Cancellation Fee?

Notes:
※ A "group" refers to a reservation of 10 guests or more.
※ Different cancellation policies may apply for special accommodation plans (e.g., non-refundable, early bird offers) or reservations made through travel agencies or online booking sites. In such cases, the terms specified in those plans will take precedence.
Can we request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations?
We are sorry, we don’t keep a waiting list.
Can I leave my luggage before Check-In and/or after Check-Out?
We can keep your luggage before Check-In from the morning of your stay, and until the mid-night of your Check-Out date. Please inquire at the reception.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel?
We accept luggage from within Japan, but not luggage sent from overseas.
After making your accommodation, please send your luggage to the following address. And we will keep it at the hotel until your arrival.

Important Remarks:
– Please write your full name and the date of your Check-In on your luggage
– We only accept luggages from 2 days before the Check-In date
– We do not accept cash, valuables, fragile items, and items that requires temperture control
– We do not accept COD (Pay on Delivery) packages
Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
We accept luggeges being sent to other locations within Japan.
Please inquire at the reception.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have a mechanical parking facility available for hotel guests only (¥1,000 per night, tax included). Please note that spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The parking facility is not available for hourly use.
Parking entry and exit are allowed only between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Please be aware that access is not possible outside of these hours.
Do you have laundry service?
We have a coin-operated laundry facility on the 7th floor.
Do you offer laundry or dry-cleaning services?
We’re sorry, but dry-cleaning services are not available.
Can you keep our valuables?
Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
What time should I arrive?
We ask our guests to arrive by the midnight.
In the unlikely event that you arrive after the midnight, please contact the hotel in advance.
Is the front door open 24 hours?
For security reasons, the main entrance is locked between midnight and 6:00 a.m.
During this time, please follow the instructions below to enter the hotel:

1.Guests who have already checked in can unlock the entrance using their room key card.
2.Guests who have not yet checked in are kindly requested to use the intercom located next to the entrance to call a staff member, who will assist with entry.
Can minor stay in the hotel?
Guests under the age of 18 staying alone or with other guests under the age of 18 are required to submit a written accommodation agreement signed by a person with parental authority. Please submit the form upon check-in.
For guests from overseas, a copy of their passport must be submitted as well.
