We offer a colorful buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western selections.
Using plenty of local ingredients, the menu features delicately seasoned small dishes,
grilled fish, simmered foods, grated yam, and pickles.

You can enjoy a well-balanced Japanese-style breakfast that values gentle flavors and a sense of the seasons.
For guests who prefer Western-style breakfast, we also provide freshly baked bread, scrambled eggs, soup, salad, and fruit. A wide variety of drinks, including milk and juice, is available.
In addition, we serve Akita’s famous “Baba Hera Ice Cream.” This strawberry and banana-flavored sherbet is beautifully shaped like a rose with a spatula. It’s a cool, locally loved sweet that makes the perfect finish to your morning meal.
